By browsing the Website or submitting any enquiry form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Nature of this Website

The Website is a catalogue and showroom-information platform. It displays the range of sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, kitchen sinks and kitchen appliances that Balaji Bath Square carries as an authorised dealer, and allows visitors to send product or quotation enquiries. The Website does not process online payments and no products are sold or shipped through it directly. Every enquiry submitted through the “Contact Us” form, WhatsApp, phone or email is followed up manually by our sales team, and any purchase is concluded in person at our showroom, over the phone, or through a separate invoice/order confirmation issued by us.

2. Product Information, Pricing and Availability

  • Product images, colours, finishes and dimensions shown on the Website are for reference only. As noted on our homepage, screen photographs cannot fully represent a finish, colour or size — we encourage every customer to visit the showroom to see and touch a product before purchase.

Submitting the form is a request for information/quotation, not a binding order. An order is only confirmed once Balaji Bath Square accepts it and issues a bill, invoice, or written confirmation. Payment terms, delivery timelines, installation charges and applicable taxes will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.

4. Warranty and After-Sales

All products sold by Balaji Bath Square carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty applicable to JAQUAR, Artize, Essco, CARYSIL or GLEN, as the case may be.
